Registration: 8:30 a.m. General session: 9:00 – 9:10 a.m. Session 1: 9:15 – 10:30 a.m. Session 2: 10:45 – 12 noon	Registration: 5:45 p.m. General session: 6:15 – 6:25 p.m. Session 1: 6:30 – 7:45 p.m. Session 2: 7:55 – 9:10 p.m.

executive vice presidents

Financial Procedures

* For treasurers, financial secretaries
and auditors

These are two-session workshops; select either Presidential or Financial

*New presidents and treasurers are required to receive training at
Fourth District PTA workshops or at the California State PTA Convention.

Use ONE registration form FOR EACH PERSON.

Pre-Registration Fee: $10 per person (No refunds)
DEADLINE to pre-register: May 14
The registration fee includes both sessions of the workshop.

On-Site Registration: $20 per person
On-site registrants risk handout shortages.

Spanish translation available in classes with at least five preregistered Spanish-speaking attendees only.
Due to limited space, childcare will not be provided.
